Description

Sciò Sciò
The Sciò Sciò, detto anche ‘o scartellato, has been a characteristic superstitious figure in Neapolitan tradition for years. He is almost always depicted with a funny face, a hump, and cones and horseshoes attached to his jacket. In Neapolitan culture, he is used to ward off the evil eye and negative people in general, and is often depicted reciting his anti-bad luck verses.
